The Veil and the Bride

Tim: This is the first day in almost 6 months that the sky here is mostly cloudless. On such a day, the seeing of the objective world as illusion wanes somewhat. I will not avoid this, but accept it, and enjoy the beauty of this early spring day. The air is fresh and clean, and the sun shines with glory, a beautiful mirror-reflection of Brahman.

Bruce: The veil both hides and hints at the beauty behind it. That which confers beauty on the veil is none other than the bride. The illusion is not the veil, but the notion that there is nothing other than the veil.
